Merit Welcomes CLV Students at the Factory

We were delighted to welcome and host a group of students from Cramlington Learning Village (CLV) recently at our factory.

Here at Merit, we work closely with local schools, colleges and universities in order to promote construction as a career choice for young talent.

The students from CLV spent the afternoon learning about our innovative offsite approach and also participated in work-experience activities across BMS, Pipework and Duct Assembly. Work experience provides a great opportunity for our team to work closely with young talent to provide an insight into construction and manufacturing as a career.
